Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the product received; you can return the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days, providing we have been informed of the return within the first 14 days of purchase. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus admin fees. When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us; please send a copy of the order ID with a brief note highlighting the reason for return.

Faulty Item (s)

In the unlikely event that you receive an item(s) which proves to be faulty we are happy to help, providing your claim is within the first 30 days of receiving the item. Please note: Any faulty claims made by customers after 30 days will not be eligible for a replacement, thereafter customers are required to contact the manufacturer directly, as all our products are under 12 months manufacturer warranty. When returning a faulty product(s) back to us; please send a copy of the order ID with a brief note highlighting the fault. Once the product(s) has been returned back to us, we will issue a replacement and re-imburse any extra carriage costs incurred.

Incorrect Item Sent

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to send you the correct item ASAP and re-imburse any extra costs.
